1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Ambessa Bot to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server.

2. Description of Service

Ambessa Bot is a free, open Discord bot that monitors League of Legends Solo Queue ranked games for specified players and posts notifications and statistics in Discord servers.

3. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use this bot.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the bot for harassment, stalking or any illegal purpose
Attempt to abuse, exploit or overload the bot or the Riot Games API
Track players without their knowledge for malicious purposes
Use the bot's data for commercial purposes
Reverse-engineer, copy or redistribute the bot's code without permission

5. No Warranty

The bot is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, data accuracy or uninterrupted service. Game data depends on the availability of the Riot Games API, which is outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages, data loss or missed notifications caused by bot downtime, API outages or bugs. The service is free and provided on a best-effort basis.

7. Riot Games API Compliance

Ambessa Bot operates in full compliance with the Riot Games Developer Policies. Tracked data is publicly available ranked information only. The bot does not access private player data or use unauthorized third-party data sources.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the bot for any server or user that violates these Terms.
